Who We Are

Gen-Z for Change leverages the power of social media, advocacy, and code to drive tangible progressive change. We regularly activate our coalition of hundreds of social media influencers on TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube that reach more than half a billion followers collectively. We educate our audiences on issues that range from climate to reproductive justice and empower them with ways they can directly be part of the solution.

Gen-Z for Change is a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization built by and for young people who are done waiting for change to trickle down to them. We organize a coalition of hundreds of digital creators, reaching more than half a billion followers collectively, and turn that reach into pressure: emails to lawmakers, accountability campaigns aimed at institutions, and advocacy on the issues shaping our generation's future, from reproductive rights to immigration to labor to the unchecked power of big tech.

As a 501(c)(4), we can lobby without limit and take positions in elections, including endorsing candidates. This is the advocacy arm of Gen-Z for Change: the campaigns and toolkits that name names and ask for action now.

We work alongside our sister organization, Gen-Z for Change Initiative, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on nonpartisan civic education. Together, the two organizations give our movement both the classroom and the megaphone.

Donations to Gen-Z for Change are not tax-deductible, since our work includes lobbying and political activity. For a tax-deductible gift supporting our educational programming, visit Gen-Z for Change Initiative at genzforchangeinitiative.org.
